The grant is paid directly to the applicant through bank transfer to their personal bank accounts.
The Scheme has replaced the old Monthly Grant Scheme for invalided government servants. However, currently running cases of Monthly Grant Scheme (15 Years) are continue on set terms and conditions. However, any case related to period before 1st July, 2010 is also dealt with old Monthly Grant Rules.
However, it is clarified that only those cases are eligible for the new rates where retirement occurred on or after 20th December, 2016 and deduction has been made on the new rates.
